Yoga mats, ties, blocks, weights & resistance bands are available for your use.
Sorry, no drop-ins. The yoga room is small and will only hold 6 people. Registration is required in advance. If there are no registrants 4 hours prior, class will be cancelled for that day/evening.
Private One-On-One Yoga/Small Group Yoga

Are you looking for a way to start yoga but feel intimidated by a large yoga class? Then private, one-on-one instruction could be a good option for you!
You can also choose to do semi-private small group yoga classes for yourself & up to 5 people, and split the cost among you.
Yoga for Healthy Weight
Fridays: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

This practice will greatly improve both muscle tone and endurance. It can be practiced at any age or any body size to increase flexibility, build stamina & muscle strength. Specific poses are chosen to help balance the endocrine system, improve metabolism, and reduce stress in the body and mind. Small hand-held weights & resistance bands are used to enhance lean muscle and to increase bone density. Studies have proven that more lean muscle mass in the body burns more fat, even when resting.
Although not a weight loss class, this class can help you to lose excess weight as it tones the body in a uniformed manner, providing healthy long-term results!
Equipment is provided. No experience required!

Beginner Hatha Yoga

Yoga is a great way to cultivate a healthy relationship between your body and mind. This beginner class is a great way to learn the basics of yoga, improve flexibility of body & mind, AND help you to relax into your body as you learn ways to ease the tension building in your muscles and joints without experiencing fatigue and overexertion.
With this practice, you will learn your body's limits as you are guided through beginner poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to calm your mind and help put your body at ease. You will be guided through various levels of poses from the very basic beginner pose to a more challenging version for those folks who may wish to take their practice a little further.
Great for Beginners! No experience needed!

Private Small Group Yoga

Private small group yoga offers you the luxury of having a class designed for you & your friends, allowing you to learn yoga at your pace or to take your yoga practice to a deeper level faster than you could in a large group setting.
It's perfect for special occasions, family vacations, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or simply bringing a group of friends together to practice Yoga in a fun, welcoming environment with skillful guidance & support.
