The instruction focuses on a particular condition and how yoga techniques can help you feel better or improve function in your body, rather than on the techniques or methods of yoga practice. It is a customized one-on-one therapy session tailored just for you!
These sessions are geared to help you to effectively achieve your desired goals for healthy living. You will learn to use self-care tools and lifestyle changes to empower you to transform your health & wellness and bring about improvements to your mental & physical health.
After an intake and assessment on your first visit, the focus of your sessions will be on specific symptoms and identifying methods to help you manage those symptoms. (Examples include pain management, fatigue, or sleeplessness.) The goal is to empower you to take a more active role in your self-care. It's less about teaching yogic techniques and more about utilizing the therapeutic benefits of yoga practices to help you to overcome your challenges.
