Service Description

Therapeutic/Medical massage is a customized therapy using any combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and positional release techniques to help improve muscular strength and mobility, to reduce pain/inflammation, improve nutrient rich blood flow to the muscles, and help reduce recovery time from injuries. Stretches may also be implemented into your session to achieve maximum results. Depending on your needs, these sessions can also include Thai foot reflexology, as well as specialized techniques such as Reiki and Craniosacral therapy which can bring a deep sense of calm and well-being. Therapeutic Massage can be stimulating or soothing depending on the technique, depth and speed. It is both safe and effective and helps to create balance and harmony from within. Your session will be tailored especially for you and will include various therapeutic techniques to work on your specific goals and needs. Just a few sessions can make an enormous difference!
