When you book your appointment, you have the option to pay online or to pay in person. 

Booking online must be done 12 hours in advance. If you would like to get in before 12 hours, call/text (859) 992-6300 to see if there is an opening. 


If you don't receive an email or text confirming your appointment please call/text 859-992-6300​ to be sure that your appointment was received.


We suggest that you enable text reminders as we do not make reminder phone calls in regards to an upcoming appointment. To enable text reminders, log into your account at PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT respond to the text reminders. Your message will not get to us if you do. 

If you are ill  (i.e. cough, sniffling, sneezing, sore throat, sinus congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, or fever) DO NOT COME IN!   All fees are waived for illness. You will not be charged if you need to cancel for illness.

Do you have an e-Gift Card? Gift cards cannot be redeemed online. You need to bring it (or the redemption code) with you to your appointment.


Cancellations must be received 12 hours in advance. If not cancelled within that time (unless for an emergency or illness) I ask that you please pay for the time you have reserved.


If you need to reschedule because you are ill, have any COVID-19 related symptoms, or if you have an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness or emergencies.
