Service Description

A transformational and customized session that includes crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, breathwork, and intuitive guidance. Sound healing is a transformational therapy for body, mind, and soul. The instruments incorporated into the therapy are attuned to pure tones, such as tuning forks, and singing bowls that are made of solid quartz crystal. The tones produced entrain brain waves with its frequency and produces deep states of relaxation where transformation can take place. Other instruments such as chimes, or drums, can also be used to allow the client to release stress, move energy blockages, and promote healing. As a practitioner of sound healing, Tina becomes the conduit for universal energy to flow through the vibrational tones. This resonates deeply with every cell of the body, and attunes us with our natural state of health. As with any natural mode of healing, it leaves space for the body to align with what it needs to heal. Sound can be the missing link that creates a powerful shift in people’s lives. *My practice is not affiliated with any religion, so anyone can participate comfortably within your own personal beliefs* PLEASE NOTE: If you have a pacemaker, sound therapy is not for you. It’s recommended to remove hearing aids (your body still receives the healing vibrations even if you can’t hear them!) Pregnant women have mixed results with sound therapy. Some love the experience with no complications and some experience unpleasant sensations. Remember that we are moving energy through the body with powerful sound vibrations that affect you on a cellular and emotional level. Please do your research before committing.
