12:15 - 12:45 PM: DoTerra Presentation by Missy Kidd

Learn ways to use various essential oils & the health benefits they can provide in your daily life. So many of the products we use in our day-to-day lives are filled with synthetic chemicals. These unnatural products can weigh us down and even negatively influence the way we think, feel, and live. DoTerra essential oils offer an alternative to synthetic products. Each oil is unique, making it easy to find a natural solution for your specific health concerns.

 

1:15 - 2 PM: Beginner Hatha Yoga by Karen Landrum

Yoga is a great way to cultivate a healthy relationship between your body and mind. Karen’s class a perfect way to learn the basics of yoga, improve flexibility, and help you to relax into your body as you learn ways to ease the tension in your muscles and joints without experiencing fatigue and overexertion. No experience needed! Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own. SPACE IS LIMITED

 

2:30 - 3 PM: Sound Healing Group Session by Tina Tepe

Tina will guide you through this deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience using sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. The instruments incorporated into the therapy are attuned to pure tones, such as tuning forks and singing bowls that are made of solid quartz crystal. Mats will be provided. SPACE IS LIMITED

She is licensed through the Kentucky and the Ohio State Medical Boards. She incorporates a confidence and grace into her therapeutic touch which stems from over 30 years experience.

Tina Tepe, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist

Tina is a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist who offers sound baths & individual sessions to clients who desire to further advance in holistic health practices. Her own healing journey is positively impacted by leading others to wholeness & peace within themselves. Sound therapy opens us up to higher wisdom & soul expansion, as well as, physical & emotional healing through alignment of our body’s energy system. It removes blockages that keep us stagnant & releases us to a more joyful life experience.

Becky Moeller, Cocoon Pod Staff 

 

Becky is a retired elementary school teacher & aerobics instructor for over 30 years, She's a firm believer in holistic health and lifestyle balance
& excited to take part in & share experiences with: massage therapy, cocoon wellness pod, sound therapy, aquatic & land aerobics. She is blessed with a wonderful husband & family, as well as an incredible group of lifelong friends!

Certified Nutritional Consultant. Her holistic journey began in 2001 & spans over the course of 22 years, furthering her training in the US, Costa Rica, India, & Thailand.
