This practice will greatly improve both muscle tone and endurance. It can be practiced at any age or any body size to increase flexibility, build stamina & improve muscle strength. Specific poses are chosen to help balance the endocrine system, improve metabolism, as well as to reduce stress in the body and mind. Small hand-held weights are used to enhance lean muscle and to increase bone density. Studies have proven that more lean muscle mass in the body burns more fat, even when resting. So, in that way, this class can help you to transform excess weight as it tones the body in a uniformed manner, providing healthy long-term results. No experience needed. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
